Penrith Panthers District Rugby League Football Club is the most iconic brand to represent greater western Sydney and it’s community.
 
It is a brand that is known nationally and the vision of Panthers is to be recognised as the premier Rugby League Club in the world.
 
It’s catchment is considered to be Rugby Leagues heartland and it’s Junior largest rugby league nursery in the world.
 
The players are ambassadors for their community and they uphold the values of their club and community of supporters through their
activities both on and off the field.
 
The Club has developed numerous innovative community focused programs including the much respected ‘Panthers on the Prowl Community Development Foundation’ and ‘Pink Panthers’ campaign, where in the 2010 ‘Women in League’ round the Panthers wore a full pink strip to raise funds and awareness for the McGrath Foundation; now an annual event in the rugby league calendar.
 
Panthers have been recognised by the federal government and in the media for their numerous community initiatives and pride themselves on
their real connections with their community.
 
Penrith Panthers District Rugby League Football Club is part of the Panthers Group who also take pride in it’s position as a community owned and focused organisation. Panthers Group consists of 15 different licensed venues throughout NSW and it’s shared core values are dynamic confidence, optimism, playfulness and real connections.
