From 1 July 2010 the High Income Threshold (indexed each year) was increased from $108,300 to $113,800 and will affect whether an employee can make an unfair dismissal claim or contract out of an Award.Click herefor further information
 
A recent ruling has clarified that employers may in some circumstances absorb increased monetary obligations arising from the implementation of modern awards into existing over award payments during the transitional period ending 31 December 2014. Click here for further information
