Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the free clearing house:
- Employers must be a participating employer of AustralianSuper
- AustralianSuper must be the default fund
- more than 50% of the total number of employees must be members of AustralianSuper
How does QuickSuper work?
Once you have checked that you’re eligible, you can apply at
www.australiansuper.com/clearinghouse. Simply register your business online and we’ll review your application and confirm within two business days as to whether it’s been approved.
You can then submit your contribution details. Contributions for AustralianSuper members must still be paid to AustralianSuper. For employees with other super funds, contributions can be made via two different methods:
· Create contributions online
· Upload contribution files
A remittance advice will be produced online for you with the details of all contributions made and this will also be sent to the beneficiary super fund. A summary report listing all reconciled payments is also provided ensuring ready access to your contribution records and a detailed audit trail should you need it.
All in all, QuickSuper offers an easy, low cost, low maintenance way to stay on top of your super payment and reporting obligations, so you can focus on the things that you do best in your business.
