As an RTO, Impact Training Institute is working with DET NSW to conduct Pre-Employment Programmes in various fields of learning (manufacturing, hospitality, administration, finance, etc.). These programme are only successful if they are aligned to on-job work experience provide by corporations such as the Member of WSBC.

It is our belief which is strongly support by NSW DET that Pre-Employment Training Programmes improve the prospects of corporations and participants of the programmes that hold a passion to develop worthwhile careers in selected Industries.

We are exploring feedback from businesses that may be keenly interested in providing Work Experience to our participants. The opportunity to gain vocational knowledge to participate in a role that adds value to productivity is enhanced by the soft skills offered through the on-job practice.
