JOBMATCH is a free service to local employers and clients. Funded by the Federal Government, Jobmatch has offices in Parramatta, Penrith and Hornsby. 

Jobmatch assists people with a disability or barrier to find and maintain work in open employment. “We are all about ‘win win’ scenarios – a well-placed client means a happy employer and a happy client”, says Jobmatch Business Manager Anthony Pascale.
 “Our aim is to continue to build our professional reputation in the community and place people in rewarding meaningful employment”, says Mr Pascale. 

Employers can access a one off payment of $1'500 per person based on a person being offered at least 13 weeks of ongoing employment. “While the $1500 is important to help businesses adapt to having an employee with a disability the real service comes from working hard to match the right person to the right job”, says Mr Pascale.
