The Western Sydney Manufacturers Network (WSMN) is the networking forum for Australia’s largest manufacturing Region where manufacturing issues and ideas are exchanged through site visits, roundtable sessions and online discussion groups.
Why Create Western Sydney Manufacturers Network?
Developing manufacturers into a dedicated network provides the opportunity for business and functional leaders to share ideas and learn from each other and discuss innovative ways to improve their business.
This is important because Western Sydney is the largest manufacturing region in Australia. Western Sydney Manufacturers generated more than $71 billion in economic value-added products in 2004-05, accounting for over 25% of the Gross Regional Product for New South Wales, making the Western Sydney economy one of the largest in Australia.

The WSMN Facilitator
The WSMN is managed by a sub-committee of the Western Sydney Business Connection through a part-time professional facilitator and project manager and WSBC Executive Office.
The WSMN Facilitator works with members to ensure that all participants are involved with the discussion, provide critical insights and facilitate the online discussion forums. The Facilitator understands the special issues that manufacturers face, whether running a small company or large, public or private, local or international operation.
